    we had a little hitch - Item delivered to incorrect address. Seller jumped into action, investigation started to find where its gone and to try and redirect to me if possible. A full refund has also been issued. I could not be more happy with the sellers kind words and help and assistance I have recieved.

    Sent a message to seller, after waiting 9 days for delivery. Told by seller the item was lost by courier, and they have refunded my money "as a customer services gesture." The seller has now relisted the product at a higher price. I show by the picture with the previous one that I bought is cheaper and then new price which is higher price now. Something not right here, best avoid this seller!

    Sent by Royal Mail, package did not arrive. Contacted the vendor after a few days then again after a longer period requesting they contact R.M. for information. Vendor informed us the results from the R.M and reimbursed us. This was a repeat order because the first order went really well. We are very happy with the vendor, not so with R.M. We would buy again if not using R.M. as the courier but not until. Use the product to combat high blood pressure rather than using harmful prescribed drugs.
