    I’m going to leave a positive review even though I never received the item required. Apparently after placing the order, they established that the item had already been sold over the counter. I’ve never had anything other than fantastic customer service from these guys, so although disappointed the item wasn’t available, their communication and apologies were well received. Let’s hope this was just a blip and isn’t something that will materialise as an ongoing issue.
