  Ordered them for childs birthday party needed 24, it’s a good job I checked as I thought it didn’t look like there could be 24, there were only 20 in the packet! Not happy at all! Contacted seller said I could return for a full refund or refund for the missing ones as there weren’t time to get more! How could you miscount 4 whole ones, really disappointed wouldn’t order again quality is not that great either, definitely got sent out knowing there weren’t 24 in there

  Unfortunately although thankful not often, mistakes do happen. Im not sure what would be achieved by purposely sending out the wrong number of toppers. Your messages were answered straight away and you seemed satisfied with the refund. Not once did you state you were unhappy at all with the quality of the toppers.

  The details for the decoration hadn’t got through to the seller but they contacted me to check what I wanted, which I really appreciated. The cake topper is exactly as described and is just what I wanted for my granddaughters cake. Comes with a clear stick to attach and put on the cake.
