I opened it and it turned out to be a 16×20. I messaged the seller and sent pics, without hassle the correct item is being packed and shipped. Well, the seller issued me a refund when i contacted them which was too kind, i would have been ok with an explanation. They said they'll make the listing more clear. Great customer service and I do like the frame very much.
