The positive rating is for the headphones not the carrier. The picture shows what EVRI believes is a delivered package. They have detailed instructions including door codes and even pictures with arrows. But this is what we get. They used to manipulate the pictures. Now they don't even bother to do that. If you look at the picture you can see Royal Mail have delivered inside. Luckily a kind neighbour brought it in. They are cheap for a reason, and ANY money spent on them is wasted.

Can’t fault value of item or communication from seller, but delivery was woeful which is not a fault of the seller. It was free delivery by Evri/ Hermes. I would rather pay for delivery and get it in a couple of days then wait for 12 days for Hermes snail mail.
