    As a matter of constructive feedback We were happy when the bed arrived however. If you're buing, ensure that you understand whether the listing requires the customer to pay for delivery as it was not clear to me initally. to the company. Please use a reliable national delivery network and not someone who lets you down and communicate delivery times clearly accurately to your customers instead of having to keep messaging to ask where my bed was. 3/5 overall customer experience.

    Good service and communication from seller. But the courier service was awful. Paid £50 for insulation too seller after numerous phone calls to delivery company who said it wasn’t paid for, after proof of payment they installed it badly, leaving the feet off and other parts which I had to install myself . If I knew it was that easy to install i would have done it myself. Don’t pay for installing it’s so easy 😡
