    On the day that the parcel was due, instead of my order I got a notification that it had insufficient postage and I needed to pay a surcharge in order to receive my delivery. I paid and received the package, and when I weighed it, it was 150 grams above the maximum weight for the postage that had been paid (hence the surcharge). the items I had ordered were inside in excellent condition and are now formatted and in use. The seller has agreed to refund me the excess that I paid. Well done!

    This is by far a 10/10 company including the product I purchased. I ordered the wrong hard drive totally my bad. This company didn’t even question it they honoured the fact that they offered returns and they did exactly that and my monetary expenditure was returned within 24hrs of them receiving the returned item.
