    There was a mistake made in the description of the sport coat I purchased. It was described on eBay as 46L and upon arrival i found it was actually labeled in the jacket as 46reg. Which turns out to be too small for me. But I reached out to the seller and they were quick to resolve the problem. Honest mistakes happen and their prompt resolution to the problem earns them a positive review. Thanks for making it right

    Avoid this seller. The item was listed as NWOT but arrived with significant damage to the shoulder/sleeve. Dubious assertion that they overlooked it, especially given the pictures provided. The seller responded quickly but asked me not to use eBay’s return process, promising to send a label. After repeated follow-ups and no label, I began the official return. The seller then sent a label but canceled it out of spite and told me to coordinate with eBay instead. Be wary of seller.
