    Exactly as described - very pleased to be able to obtain this product since I couldn't purchase anywhere locally. Great service/comms. Only issue was with Royal Mail who seem totally unable to get their act together - this delayed delivery by 2/3 days, at least - letting us and the seller down.

    Arrived quickly in a small package but upon inspection, not what I was expecting. Description said 'Part Threaded' but did not say how long the part threaded section was. My bolts were 1 1/4" long and it turns out the threaded portion is 1" so on my bolts, the non threaded portion was only 1/4" - almost not worth bothering about. I queried the seller and was informed about the 1" aspect and I suggested he add that to the description. So from my point of view, it did not match the description

    Exactly as ordered, although didn't arrive on time, despite showing as dispatched the same day as ordered. No reply to my request for updates, but item did arrive 4 days after it's due date. Wouldn't put me off ordering from this seller again though as the item is exactly as ordered.

    They arrived and are as listed. Thats the only positives here however. Dispatched very late, dont believe them when they say they have dispatched them quickly because its all false. Postal service didnt receive them till 4 days after they said they dispatched them, also didnt bother to reply to my messages. Not the best experience. Ill look elsewhere next time
