  Seller literally told me high ship cost is to PREVENT BUYERS from making payment in time. Seller purposely locks you into an invoice charging high shipping on FREE ship bids. Must buy 4+ items or spend $30 to actually get Free Ship. Will ignore emails if lower so you are forced to pay high ship or get cancelled for non-pmt. BTW: Chalcedony carvings ARE FAKE RESIN…NOT STONE! Sellers other partaking stores are jingshixvan1881879 and piaoyanggvohaishangmaoyouxiangongsi. HORRIBLE DISHONEST SELLER
