  Well, it took a long time to get to me. I finally had to get USPS to investigate because it was being sent to 3 regional offices in a infinite loop, and they said that there was an issue with the address. Well, lo and behold the seller had the address right, usps just sucks. All that to say, I redirected it to be broken with all the transfers but the seller packaged it perfectly! The Swarovski box was will wrapped inside and the crystal was undamaged! Item &packaging perfect!

  The penguin is beautiful! It’s as described and in great shape. The packaging was sketchy and I’m surprised it came in with no broken parts. It wasn’t tightly packed. I couldn’t track it once it cleared customs. I emailed both the carrier and the seller and got no response from either. And the shipping took quite a long time. I’m just happy I finally received it.

  The only reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 is because the description said the box was "like new". The item itself was in perfect condition as stated, unfortunately the box was in "very used condition". Nevertheless, great item and good service. Thank you.

  Item as described, took an extra month to arrive and tracking details stopped a month before arrival, hard to communicate however recieved product in excellent condition and no issues with product at all.
