Me dieron un número de rastreo pero al entrar a la página me dice que mi envío no tiene el servicio de rastreo. Literalmente me dice lo siguiente: The shipment number you entered cannot be tracked, as it belongs to a DHL Päckchen for which DHL Track & Trace is not available. Hey there thanks for your review, the problem is that the article and the shipment method you paid is economic one. so it is being send by postal service. As your country is just providing tracking after it is in delivery. It will be traceable in the finishing steps. Sorry for this problem but if you needed a faster or better shipment you could have just told us as we are offering different shipment services. kind Regards and thanks for reviewing
