    This was a perfect example of excellent practice! The item arrived with a vital component damaged as was the package due to rough handling in transit. I sent copious photographs detailing the damage to both the unit and the package. Once alerted to this situation, the seller immediately contacted me and instigated a replacement part to be sent on. The item itself works well, is more than adequate for the task required and offered at a reasonable price. I can highly recommend this eBayer

    The saw and Pruner are very good to use. The initial order was for saw and Pruner but Pruner did not arrive. The seller was contacted and a refund issued and then Pruner reordered. The little hiccup in order process was very successfully concluded. The Pruner initially seemed strange to use but just a matter of getting used to it. I would recommend using this seller.

    The customer service was excellent, and could not possibly have been any better. Emails were answered right away and they were detailed and polite. The chainsaw is only about 25% of the price of a DeWalt or Worx chainsaw, so obviously it is not of the same quality, however it is very good at doing light jobs
