  Package arrived open. The contents were removed and put back in the mailer package and then delivered to me. Because it's food, I'm concerned about eating it. Seller offered a refund only if I returned the package. I really don't want to take more time dealing with the post office here in Dallas before work. I did file a complaint to the USPS.
