They didn t respond until the 10th, and it took 3 further contacts from me to get the pickup arranged for the 16th. I had the inconvenince of a very heavy carpet roll blocking my hall/dining room for ten days. Incidentally the advertised cost of £6/m was wrong . actually £7.68. You received a full refund once we received the item back. We arranged the return as soon as it was possible, for you and the courier company. There are limited delivery companies who transport very heavy carpet rolls, so it isn't as instant as the postman etc.
