  Brilliant vw caddy spare wheel as advertised & great value as it had a brand new tyre too & balanced. Not much packaging needed really. DX courier app to track didn't work & I think they have an IT issue with it that needs to be addressed for the customer end. Not the sellers fault !! Good communication with seller & he apologised for the courier issue.....which he is looking in too. 10/10
