    Absolutely terrible experience. Item arrived broken due to careless packaging. Seller ignored my request for proper protection and then refused any real compensation. Offered £10 refund, then retracted even that. Wasted my time, showed zero responsibility, and treated the situation with arrogance. Avoid this seller at all costs — not trustworthy, not professional ! AVOID !!!!!!!!!

    The buyer was offered(and now accepted) a FULL REFUND immediately upon return of the item. All my items are well protected (see 1000s of feedback) buyer stated it was ruined but really didn't want to send it back(easy repair) wanted huge part refund, he was repeatedly offered a full refund, but seems a bit upset that I wouldn't accept his offer of keeping it with at least a 50% refund. despite saying it "was ruined". It took 2 weeks after the delivery date to discover this damage as well......
