I’d been looking for this soundbar for a while and when the buyer released this at a massively discounted price for basically a damaged box I got it straight away. When the product was delivered, it had dental damage. A photo was taken during delivery, and I was promised a 15% discount. However, the full price was charged to my card. There has been no follow-up communication regarding the promised discount, nor has a refund been issued. I am still waiting. Additionally, the booklet mentioned that a condensation strip was included, but it was not in the package. I contacted the company about this, but they informed me that they would not send the item.
