    Great purchase for a bargain price sold by and delivered by Currys. Condition was reburbished but in reality it was brand new with a slight scratch on top with its manual and hanging basket still fixed and sealed. Pleasant and helpful delivery men removed all packaging too. I was kept informed of delivery details and had a personal reply to a problem with my phone number so good coms. I will certainly be buying from Currys refurbished items again. A problem free transaction.

    Admittedly, I've yet to set up the item (a new smart-tank printer), but it arrived in haste, appears as described, as new, but with a little damage to the box, and was professionally delivered by DPD, during the one hour time window that had been identified for me the day prior to delivery. I'm sure the quality is fine from a trusted brand and the price paid represents good value, hence I think I can claim to be a satisfied customer on this occasion.

    Had issues with delivery and not clear communication at the start however this was dealt with swiftly,new delivery slot arranged and was delivered promptly by two courteous delivery men,item was described as slightly damaged in a C condition ,we felt this was an unfair reflection as the item was near perfect .Absolutely delighted with purchase and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying from them,I hope not to have to buy another appliance but will definitely try here first.A+++

    The Samsung tv monitor was sold as a refurb A and arrived still in its original wrap and packaging like a brand new item. The Tv itself is just as advertised and will serve me well as a working from home monitor and occasionally as a tv.
