  Very reliable seller with exact and precise description I received the unopened and new iMac 2024 as exactly described,I was super nervous to not to receive the refurbished or used ones due to its lower price. So once I received the product I checked it carefully with Apple coverage website for serial number. Absolutely fabulous order. The only thing that I didn’t like about outer packaging which needs to be improved for courier service .

  Great purchase for a bargain price sold by and delivered by Currys. Condition was reburbished but in reality it was brand new with a slight scratch on top with its manual and hanging basket still fixed and sealed. Pleasant and helpful delivery men removed all packaging too. I was kept informed of delivery details and had a personal reply to a problem with my phone number so good coms. I will certainly be buying from Currys refurbished items again. A problem free transaction.

  Really pleased with my Pixel 9. Advertised as new with damage to the box. I can confirm it was new and works perfectly. Really good value for money for just the box being damaged. My only concern is the packaging used to post it. It was sent in a flimsy jiffy bag which was damaged and opened on arrival, thankfully no damage to the phone. If I'd bought it as new direct from Currys or another store the packing would have been far better and stronger.

  Had issues with delivery and not clear communication at the start however this was dealt with swiftly,new delivery slot arranged and was delivered promptly by two courteous delivery men,item was described as slightly damaged in a C condition ,we felt this was an unfair reflection as the item was near perfect .Absolutely delighted with purchase and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying from them,I hope not to have to buy another appliance but will definitely try here first.A+++
