    I did contact the seller as the color was much darker and not at all as in the pictures. I was given a $2 refund as she recently lost her job and couldn’t afford to allow for a full return. While I sympathize with her situation, it was unprofessional.

    I took a lot of care in my listing, providing over 10 photos in different lighting to ensure accuracy. I even used AI to confirm the color, and we agreed on teal. I do not offer returns, but I still gave a $2 courtesy refund. It truly hurts to receive bad feedback after trying to be fair. This is my job, not a hobby, and I cannot take returns just because an item does not match an outfit when the listing was accurate.

    I love the dress but I really hate the extremely padded shipping. I have a theory about why sellers do this which I won't go into, and I find it unethical, just charge what you think the item is worth! Also, you'd think that if they charge so much for shipping it would be rushed to the post office to justify doing so. Nope, this seller took the max amount of time eBay gives sellers; but at least they were decent enough to ship it priority.😑 So thanks for that.
