  Absolutely outstanding customer service. The item came with one zip broken, however when I messaged the seller Lilian she was so lovely and polite, she refunded me for what it cost to get the inflatable fixed just in time for my Halloween party. Speedy postage and packing was outstanding. Communication was absolutely 10 out of 10. Will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you so so much.   Good product arrived quick would be positive feedback as it was value for money but the pictures in the add were misleading they showed two models one with a draw and taller one without. I didn’t understand which I was getting. Had it have been with just the pics of the bin I was to receive couldn’t fault it. So advice to seller is to clean up advertisements and check picture’s are accurate
