The item came with one zip broken, however when I messaged the seller Lilian she was so lovely and polite, she refunded me for what it cost to get the inflatable fixed just in time for my Halloween party. Speedy postage and packing was outstanding. Communication was absolutely 10 out of 10. Will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you so so much. Received item as new not yet tested as need to set up very good seller if you are ordering just send the seller a message make sure that you've got it in stock because I place my order went through then told me it was out of stocks I had to order a different one

The Item never arrived by the due delivery date so I mailed the seller to ask where it was. I received no reply. Several days later I mailed again asking the same question. They then replied that the item had been damaged during delivery ……and that they were now out of stock. Strangely the item had never been marked as dispatched at any time 🤔 At no time did the seller bother to contact me to inform me of any problems, overall I’m very underwhelmed by all aspects of their customer service.
