Received 2 pairs of glasses. 1 pair only had 1 arm. Messaged straight away with a photo and was asked to return. Once received they would be replaced. All this for a pair of £1odd glasses. Replacement pair still not received 10 days after posting and the event I needed them for has now passed. Awful service!
