I have been in the hobby since I was four years old,I still have my first Lionel train set which I received on Christmas Day 1960. I was born and raised in Massachusetts, so the Boston Maine , Guilford , Maine central are the railroads I model,I enjoy custom painting locomotives and rolling stock that can’t be found commercially. I also enjoy repairing locomotives that are not running properly.
My professional career was in the automotive industry, antique restoration and collision repair. For a short time I served in the military US Air force ,as an aircraft mechanic. Now I am retired and can enjoy model railroading full time.
Life is short enjoy everyday as if was your last.
When I’m not playing with trains I can be found cruising in my 1968 Chevrolet Impala Convertible with 80,000 original miles
