  I waited a good while for this to be delivered and then it arrived broken. It was packaged really badly. Two very thin and small plastic bags. Totally inadequate for this item. I sent a message to the seller explaining this and also added pictures of the broken bowl. I was asked initially to accept a 10% refund. I refused. Then was offered 30%. I told the seller I would not be happy with any less than a full refund as why should I be out of pocket for something I paid full price for. Still wai
