    Great seller. Well packaged butter dish with a ton of fragile labels affixed. Unfortunately the courier decided to ignore this and item was damaged upon arrival 😞 reached out to seller with some photos and refund given. Great communication so cannot fault. I would buy from again.

    The courier mislead the package for nearly a week but when I contacted the supplier they were quick to respond and chase up the courier which resulted in delivery within a couple of days. I will have no hesitation to use this company again. Although quite expensive I have found that in my experience Le Creuset will far outlast cheaper models. I have had one for many years and although still fully functional is showing its age.

    Quality steel rule, thanks, but packaging was poor and due to this the two rules had cut through the plastic bag as they were free to slide about. Both rules fell from bag on delivery, I was very lucky to receive them.

    Apologies for that. I add a bit of Sellotape to the end of the rules when I post to help prevent them doing exactly what happened to you. Lesson learnt. I'll look at that next time we ship those. Thanks for the feedback.
