    The courier mislead the package for nearly a week but when I contacted the supplier they were quick to respond and chase up the courier which resulted in delivery within a couple of days. I will have no hesitation to use this company again. Although quite expensive I have found that in my experience Le Creuset will far outlast cheaper models. I have had one for many years and although still fully functional is showing its age.
