  Would never use this seller again, purchased a bottle of perfume and the seller marked it as dispatched only to contact me three days later to inform me it was out of stock! Then tried to upsell me a bigger more expensive bottle.! Do not use this seller,not to be trusted. In the end got a refund.

  Dear Madam, apologies for the inconvenience. We tried our best to get it from different channels as we wanted to fulfill the order. The particular perfume was out of stock everywhere. We do advertise on other platforms but run out of stock. So we ended up refunding to avoid further delay. Appologies again. Thank you

  Although the seller did their best to help with problems, the item didn’t match the description and didn’t have the jacket on the bottle. The seller said this can happen sometimes and there’s nothing they can do about it.
