  Avoid, bad seller and a poor quality item. Bag is NOT the one shown in the photographs, and much smaller than described. Seller also offered a 15% discount, which I stupidly accepted - refund never arrived and no response to my message asking where the refund is.

  Great line to start with, if we offered you refund we did wanted to put it right for you. the bags are hand made and there might be slight unnoticeable difference. we did offer exchange along with partial refund which you accepted, however we could not issue it from ebay platform within next 2 days and you left this feedback. we do our best to give high customer service with offer to exchange or replace any bag within 30 days if not satisfied. We didnot refuse refund which was offered from us.
