Gave me the complete run around with mis-information (I could use stronger words!!) about when the item had been dispatched with fake Royal Mail tracking numbers- in reality, they hadn't sent it. I needed the item for my own customer order. I pleaded with the supplier to help me but they ignored me and instead issued a refund. Left me in a complete hole. I never leave negative comments but am so angry about how I have been treated. Do not use this supplier!
