On Googling Euro sizing EU 40 is a size 12. Contacted seller who took longer than expected to reply … suggested I send then back for an exchange …. Notified wanted full refund and postage as it had cost me over £3 to send them back …. Why should I pay … they were described wrongly!! Spookily got a refund the day I said I was contacting Pay Pal to assist ….
