Honestly a great buying experience & will shop here again. I got a TP x240 for a great price, condition as described and pictured save for 2 tiny light white-spots on screen consistent with age & barely noticable (can't see this from bios). I had sent msg to CWL to ask of any bios pw's or the like, and they quickly confirmed there were none. TP had been opened up, but no screws missing. Packaged REALLY well, too. Lots of bubble wrap (wrapped, not stuffed!), and a suitably sized sturdy box.
