    Plastic protective casing got damaged in the post as it was only packaged in a plastic bag. Annoying as now the box has a dented corner. Wrench as described and good value. Just shame they couldn’t package the wrench properly as we all know the Postman doesn’t care what is in the parcel.

    After a few reminders, the seller started to reply swiftly and with decent amounts of detail. When I asked for extra photos, they were provided. When I asked for extra details, the answers were satisfactory and on receiving the parcel, generally accurate as well. The dispatch time could have been slightly faster but I did ask for a special amendment to be made to the product which the seller carried out perfectly so this is understandable. All in all, a good eBay experience!
