    Item arrived poorly packed, no padding. Item was defective, did not work, despite the fact the seller represented that it was tested. If it is true, it was due to his poor packaging. Seller was not responsive during the [delayed] shipping processed, nor when I had the issue. Ebay had to interfere to get the refund. I would never buy from this seller again.

    Seller sent wrong item. I have ordered $32 SAS card but instead got a $12 Fiber network card. Seller tried to give me discount in order to keep it. Won't do business with this seller again. Seller wasted my time and I also had to re-order the original card from someone else.
