    Although stated as an official part, delivered loose in a small envelope and not in official BMW bag with barcode. Paid £15 for potentially a £1.50 generic O-Ring. Hopefully it’s oil resistant! Delivery 3 days via 2nd class. Either way should do the job. More like neutral feedback to be honest….

    Product received was different to what is photographed in the listings. Customer services said what I received was still correct for my 2002 E46 coupe, however the mounting holes for the motor are incorrect. I chose to return the item, customer services sent me a pre-paid returns label and returned the item with a full refund with no fuss. Good service, shame about the product.
