Buyers beware I purchased an item on 4th may, I awaited delivery and consistently got a message from the courier that they had my goods...its now 19th may, I contacted the seller who informed that the parcel had been returned damaged to them....at no stage was I able to get information from the courier and it was only when I contacted the seller that I was told of events..if I hadn't have contacted the seller how long would I have waited...I am not happy with this seller or the courier

supplier only sent 1 item, when asked what he wanted to do to rectify he offered to give 50% off the original price. i asked he post a single pin after 2 weeks no thing came, he gave me my money back saying lost in transit. very poor seller, don't order from him

Jacket too small, requested refund. Initially given an address in China unreadable. After contacting eBay, an address in France was provided. Advised by seller to get postage cost from PO to France £18.75 (Sign for). Requested a postage label & have amount deducted from refund. Seller advised it was my responsibility to return. Where are my rights in this, where is buyers protection? It seems the seller has everything to gain. I’m left with a jacket too small & what ever I do I am out of pocket!
