  Terrible experience. Described as an ottoman which was main reason for buying, it was not an ottoman so a complete waste of time. It's a shame as the stool itself was lovely and good quality...........They kept offering £3 discount! How would that be helpful? Had to return which was painful as they wouldn't tell me how until I got ebay involved. And even when they received it back they offered me £3 refund! Communication was terrible and they asked ' what's your problem ' ......
