The seller advertised it as a much lighter colour please see his pictures in the advert. I only ordered it as this colour in his advert is similar to the colour of my house. The colour that came is nearly black. It's nothing like the colour in his advert. I ordered it as in the advert picture its called umber the light brown colour is the one I was ordering. What came is nearly black. I need a refund. I need a return label from him. He's not replying. I need some help

Item came damaged put it together the lid didn’t shut the doors fall out contacted the seller whom advised they would pick up but then told me they can’t find my address on the computer however it was easily enough delivered to my address to then ask me to take it to my nearest depot to send back which is 6miles out of my way never been refunded the things ended up sat in my front room in a box ready to burn waste of money waste of time
