The packaging says the batteries required are LR41 that I did manage to buy at a cost of £4.00 a battery after opening the package to insert the batteries the information is wrong the batteries required are AA batteries when I contacted the seller he said he was sorry and has now put it the description on his site so be aware as this cheap little torch has now cost me £18.00 and I have 2 batteries that are of no use would not buy again as made to feel I was in the wrong by seller
