  Great ebay seller and genuine, I bought a watch for a birthday present and then noticed I'd not get it before his birthday I contacted the seller and explained this and without even an argument they refunded my money straight away NOT like alot of sellers on ebay who ignore your request to refund you...   Do NOT buy from seller! Not authentic Batana oil as pictured in advertisement. It was liquidity and not solid/thick as authentic Batana oil should be. The package not only took a long time to arrive, but it arrived with lid off and spilled inside of package. Informed seller of this WITH pic and they refuse to issue a refund!

  Im sorry you feel this way! You received the one that had castor oil in it too for smoothness. The heat probably caused it to liquify in transit to you. I was more than happy to help you with a return but you were being very threatening and didnt want to go through that process. Sellers beware of this buyer!
