    Do not buy from this seller. They sent me cartridges that do not work, then organised a return when I complained. Now they are pretending that these are the wrong cartridges and refusing to refund me

    buyer return totally different of cartridges which we have never sell, all the remanufatured item did test so quality can be guarratneed, we also have 30 days warranty , whatever any reason, buyer can return for the refund but have to following ebay return policy return original item which we send to you back to us for the refund.we don't do swap.
