  shipper was fast & everything in the transaction/packaging was fine. The value was good. Unfortunately the item was not exactly as described. It was described as new with tags which was accurate, but there was no description stating that the items were completely defective & that should be disclosed. There were no photos that emphasize the defect or no mention in the listing. Once I received the shoes zooming in on photos can see defect; no way to repair. eBay refunded.
