    I was contacted by the shipper, advising me product was out of stock. I was willing to wait until stock would arrive, instead of cancelling the order. But later, I was told they are unable to get re-supplied, and gave me a refund. Things like that can happen. I used to work in customer service, and I appreciate good customer service (communication) when I encounter it.
