    Great communication from seller. Dispatch was slower than I would have expected. When ‘new’ item arrived it had obviously been opened from bottom or attempted as it had box damage indicating. Pictures show issue of condition received versus advertised in listing. Contacted seller who was apologetic & offered return option. After discussion a small partial refund was agreed & that was only acceptable because I wanted the figure. But is now a placeholder rather than a part of collection.
