    Bought Marble Run as kids birthday present. Day before due delivery they emailed to say package was damaged - Asked do I want refund or replacement, requested replacement - replacement will be 1 month! Asked if I wait I don't want to be let down again and why will it take 1 month. No answer, just cancelled order. It was on at a good price, I suspect they made a mistake with the price & removed because they didn't want to make a loss - seller not reliable, also using 2 names for selling!

    Ordered a computer desk for my daughter's birthday to go with her new pc...after 10 days order had still not been dispatched....contacted seller regarding this and did not receive a response at all.. requested refund through eBay and got my money back... wouldn't recommend this seller at all shame I have to submit a 1* rating when I really rate them zero....avoid at all costs.

    Item cancelled, seller saying lost or damaged. Noticed then seller had an away notification which wasn't there when I ordered the airer. Item then appeared for resale, which has me suspicious. Contacted seller, but no response. Plus away notification had been taken down before due to be back. Seller also selling under two names. Beware of this seller.
