  Sadly this company failed to respond to me when I initiated enquiry about undelivered product that I bought. I bought this dry cat food as it seemed good value for money but unfortunately the company did not deliver the cat food and I had to escalate my complaint to eBay. It’s the first time I’ve purchased from this particular supplier and due to Poor customer service I won’t purchase from them in the future.
