    On 30th April I intended to order this scrunchie sbd the snakeskin top only. All the other stuff was ordered by mistake. I was shown a thumbnail of the 2 items and never knew the others were in the basket, could be a saved feed I do t know. But the 2 items I wanted never arrived. That s what happened. But I received refunds and problem was resolved, just responding to feedback for the item as I was prompted to. I cannot give feedback as I never received it.

    you said you ordered by mistake on ebay knowing that we had already posted the item funny that you now state you did not receive it. And looking at your feedback you have 10 items ordered by mistake so you have had a lot of free items. We posted your item with our return address on and we have not received it back. I'm sure this will be flagged up with ebay
