Had a problem with the item. But when I contacted them to discuss my issue I expected them to either not get back to me, or to argue with me. But nope. I contacted them and a lovely guy (grant) replied almost immediately. Even tho there shops closed right now. He resolved my issue in less than ten minutes. He was extremely kind and understanding.
