    I have purchased quite a bit from this seller because they have an extensive inventory, great prices, and ship fast. This is my first problem ever with them. I was sent metric taps and I ordered standard thread taps. After contacting the seller, I was contacted and told that I would be sent the correct product, going out that day. It I immediately received the correct product, next day or day after. This seller has an AWESOME record/reputation in my opinion. They could not be any better!!

    The Package arrived in good condition, Taps are perfect. Order was shipped the next day. It got one stop away from the final post office and went for a ride. Don't know where but it was out and about for 42 days. Not the sellers fault and we communicated. Just glad they made it. I gave a 5 on shipping time, the vendor did their part it was others that let us down. Would order again from dan s discount tools.
