  Good new seller. They packaged the item really well with bubble wrap and peanuts in a recycled box and used FedEx ground (was a little bit more $$ for shipping). Reason I gave 4-stars for item description even though they listed it "for parts" they said it was usable however the knob arrived cracked which they didn't mention, and wouldn't of lasted much longer from my past experience, but all I needed was the main plastic part, as one side of mine had warped during it's last wash :(

  I am so sorry that this arrived damaged. The knob was not cracked when I mailed this. If it's not too much trouble, would you mind sending me a picture. I am trying to learn from my experiences, having just started listing on Ebay. Trying to determine what I could have done differently to avoid this. I really appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize I wasn't able to give you a five-star experience.
